b. A copy of your graduate transcripts (an unofficial copy of graduate transcripts will be accepted);

c. A copy of your committee or supervisor approved research proposal (draft proposal will be accepted);

d. One letter of recommendation from a person in a position to evaluate your academic credentials and research plans (the supervisor of your research, if possible).
